& Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring
the Performance Management System (
PMS
) across the organization. The role also involves
conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), creating learning interventions, and coordinating
training programs to build organizational capability and enhance employee performance.
Responsibilities:
Performance Management System (PMS):
? Drive end-to-end execution of the Performance Management cycle (goal setting, mid-year review,
annual appraisals, performance calibration).
? Ensure alignment of individual goals with organizational objectives.
? Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management processes.
? Track and report performance data, analyze trends, and share insights with management.
? Support leadership in succession planning and talent identification.
? Maintain PMS policies, frameworks, and tools in line with best practices.
Training & Development:

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through surveys, performance reviews, and manager
feedback.
? Develop annual training calendars aligned with business requirements.
? Design, implement, and evaluate training programs (technical, soft skills, leadership).
? Coordinate with external training vendors and manage training logistics.
? Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and ROI metrics.
? Maintain employee learning records and report progress to management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
