Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely hiring.
2. HR Operations
Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits.
Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and employee database.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
3. Statutory Compliance & PF Work
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, etc.).
Manage PF-related work including registration, contributions, withdrawals, transfers, and claims.
Liaise with government authorities and auditors for compliance matters.
4. Performance & Employee Engagement
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive workplace culture.
Support grievance redressal and conflict management.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare HR MIS reports (attendance, recruitment status, attrition, compliance updates).
Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.
