Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and finalizing selections to ensure acquisition of the right talent. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Handle the complete onboarding process, including documentation and induction.

Manage payroll operations and ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, resolve workplace issues, and support a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment.Administer compensation structures including salaries, bonuses, and employee benefits (e.g., health insurance), ensuring fairness and competitiveness.Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.Support the implementation of performance evaluation systems, provide constructive feedback, and assist in employee development initiatives.
