We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant Manager specialized in Recruitment to lead end-to-end hiring processes, manage recruitment teams, and ensure timely and quality hiring for all business requirements. The role requires strong people management skills, analytical thinking, and hands-on recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work with department heads to understand hiring needs and manpower planning.
Lead and guide the recruitment team to achieve monthly hiring targets.
Implement effective sourcing strategies via job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Shortlist and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds.
Maintain recruitment metrics: TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing performance, etc.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements.
Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR.
2-5 years of experience in recruitment (corporate or consultancy).
Strong knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making capability.
Preferred Skills
Experience in bulk hiring or domain-specific recruitment (BPO/IT/Healthcare/etc.)
Hands-on experience with ATS or recruitment software.
