5) Fulfilling all the compliances with respect to leaving employees on timely basis and assisting the employees in obtaining relevant clearances from the concerned department etc.
6) Preparing the full and final settlement summary of the leaving employee on the date of leaving and getting signed by respective employee.
7) Preparing MIS report
8) Salary sheet, Bonus and Holiday related works.
9) Verification the compliance register
10) Good Knowledge of Statutory Compliance
11) Must have experience of 5 year in HR Field
