Role Summary
Responsible for managing HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and compensation & benefits in an API manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exits
Manage compensation & benefits including payroll inputs, statutory deductions, insurance, bonus, and gratuity
Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Factories Act, CLRA, etc.)
Support manpower planning and recruitment for plant and corporate roles
Handle employee relations, grievances, and contract labor
Coordinate statutory, internal, and external audits
Support performance management, training, and HR reporting
Qualifications & Experience
MBA / MSW in HR
6-10 years of HR experience in API / pharma / manufacturing
Strong C&B and statutory compliance knowledge
