We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join Shree Azad Group (a leading transport company). In this role, you will support the entire employee lifecycle--from recruitment to exit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations and a solid understanding of applicable labor laws and compliance requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate recruitment activities including resume screening, interview scheduling, and background verification
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Track and manage employee attendance and leave records
Assist in payroll processing by compiling and sharing accurate data
Prepare and present HR reports for management review
Handle day-to-day employee queries and support general HR operations
Support the HR Manager in executing daily HR functions
Address employee concerns and assist in grievance handling
Contribute to the performance appraisal process
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel / Advance Excel and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of core HR functions
Foundational knowledge of PF and ESIC regulation
Experience - 0.6 month to 2 years
