Job Description

Training provided for the below JD,

Providing administrative and clerical support to the HR department. This includes managing employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and payroll, while also ensuring compliance with HR policies . They often handle employee questions, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll, and managing benefits enrollment.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and coordinating training programs.

Employee Relations:

Answering employee questions, resolving simple conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Record Management:

Maintaining up-to-date and confidential employee files and records.
Skills Required:

Organizational skills:

Managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records.

Communication skills:

Effectively conveying information both verbally and in writing.

Problem-solving skills:

Addressing employee issues and finding solutions.
