Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves, absences, bonuses, etc.).
Organize and maintain personnel files and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Help plan and execute HR initiatives, such as training programs and employee engagement activities.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Coordinate with other departments on HR-related matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers can also apply).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
