Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Support payroll processing and handle basic employee queries.
Assist in training and development initiatives.
Contribute to employee engagement activities.
Upon Promotion to HR Manager:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead recruitment, performance management, and retention strategies.
Oversee compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage the HR team and act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters.
Design and implement employee development and engagement programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply for the HR Executive role.
Candidates with leadership potential will be considered for rapid progression to HR Manager.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
