Assist in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).
Support the recruitment process -- job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Assist in preparing HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, and warning memos.
Help manage payroll processing support (attendance and leave data submission).
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, and benefits.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data.
Coordinate training sessions and performance review processes.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Ensure timely submission and filing of statutory and compliance-related HR documents.
Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures.
