Job Description

The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance, payroll support, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR processes and effective communication between management and employees.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in recruitment activities: scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining records Maintain employee files, HR databases, and documentation (joining, exit, confirmations) Support attendance, leave, and shift management Assist in payroll inputs, incentives, and statutory deductions Coordinate onboarding and induction programs Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures Support performance appraisal documentation Assist in statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labor records) Prepare HR reports and MIS as required Ensure confidentiality of employee data at all times

Required Qualifications



Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

0-2 years

experience in HR operations (clinic/healthcare experience preferred) Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, PF & ESI Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software

Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and coordination abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle sensitive information professionally Willingness to learn and grow in HR functions
