The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational activities. The role involves handling employee records, assisting in recruitment, coordinating attendance and payroll data, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations
Maintain employee records, attendance & leave data
Support recruitment activities (calling candidates, scheduling interviews)
Handle joining & exit formalities
Assist in payroll coordination and documentation
Maintain confidentiality of HR data
Qualification:
Degree in HR / Business Administration / Any Graduate
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience:
Freshers or up to 1-2 years experience can apply
