Job Description

Urgently required HR Assistant for the reputed Pvt Company in Cochin.

Gender: Female.

Experience: Minimum 2- 3 years of experience mandatory. Others no need to apply.

Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Handle joining formalities, HR documentation & employee records.
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
Manage attendance, leaves & payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws & company guidelines.
Assist in performance tracking, appraisals & feedback.
Handle employee engagement activities & internal communication.
Maintain HR MIS & reports.
Knowledge of recruitment & HR operations.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of labor laws & HR compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience with HRMS / CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
