We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to support HR operations and administrative activities. The candidate will assist in recruitment, attendance management, employee documentation, and other HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist HR Executive in day-to-day HR operations and coordination.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and databases.
Support recruitment activities - posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.
Handle employee joining formalities and exit documentation.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Help in preparing HR letters, memos, and reports.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
Perform other administrative duties assigned by the HR Executive.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Graduate (BBA, B.Com, or MBA in HR preferred)
Experience: 0-2 years in HR or administration
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Must own a two-wheeler for local HR-related travel
Male candidates, Trivandrum natives preferred
