Job Description

We are looking for an HR Assistant. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in hiring and possess good communication skills to coordinate with candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities



Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Follow up with candidates on interview status and offers Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms Support onboarding documentation after candidate selection

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR role Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to coordinate interviews and manage multiple openings Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques Basic knowledge of HR documentation

Preferred Qualifications



Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field Experience in consulting or IT recruitment is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
