Post job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment teams.
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
Assist with new employee orientation.
2. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records (digital & physical).
Manage HR documentation such as contracts, forms, and policy documents.
Support HR audits and compliance activities.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation when required.
3. Employee Support & Relations
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
Assist in resolving minor employee concerns and escalating when necessary.
4. Payroll & Attendance
Assist with attendance monitoring and leave management.
Coordinate with payroll department to ensure accurate processing.
Track overtime, leave balances, and attendance issues.
5. HR Operations
Support performance review processes.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and related logistics.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
