Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities



? Recruitment & On boarding

? Conduct exit interviews and analyse attrition trends.

? Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

? Plan and execute employee engagement programs.

? Payroll & Compensation

? Ensure adherence to labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

? Training & Development

? Track employee performance metrics and provide feedback

? Assist in formulating and updating HR policies

? Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Actions

? HR Documentation & MIS Reporting

? Organize welfare activities and health programs for employees

Specialized Knowledge & Skills



? Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

? Hands-on experience with HR software and MS Office.

? Ability to handle employee grievances and drive engagement initiatives.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification



MBA

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
