Job Description

The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR department. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and daily HR tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Assist in posting job ads on job portals and social media. Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates. Coordinate pre-employment requirements and reference checks. Prepare offer letters and support the onboarding process for new hires.

2. Employee Records & Documentation



Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR databases. Ensure all documents (contracts, IDs, certificates) are properly filed and organized. Assist with HR reports, letters, and certificates as required.

3. Attendance & Leave Management



Track employee attendance and leave records accurately. Assist with preparing monthly attendance summaries for payroll. Follow up on missing attendance inputs and leave requests.

4. HR Operations & Support



Support HR team in implementing company policies and procedures. Assist with organizing training programs, events, and employee engagement activities. Handle day-to-day employee queries professionally.

5. Compliance & Administration



Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times. Assist in preparing HR compliance documentation. Support general office admin tasks when needed.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Experience



6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or administrative work (internships included).

Technical Skills



Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of HRIS software is an added advantage.

Soft Skills



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
