We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, and maintaining HR records, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
Support onboarding processes and coordinate induction sessions for new hires.
Handle routine HR-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions to employee concerns.
Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
