Position: HR Executive / HR Assistant

Location: Thrissur

Department: Human Resources

Experience: 2-3 years in HR or related roles

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in the recruitment, hiring, training, and onboarding of new employees.

Assist in HR coordination and daily administrative activities.

Prepare offer letters for teachers and other staff.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Perform basic office management tasks to support HR operations.

Keep files and folders related to job and employee data updated and organized.

Prepare reports on employee performance, attendance, and benefits as required.

Skills Required:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
