New employee onboarding and taking induction
Management of leave requests and absenteeism. Reporting of all types of leave to HR Manager for payroll processing.
Organizing internship programs for students enrolled in Hospitality and Aviation colleges.
effectively managing staff retention, grievances, and any other requests by providing proper care and attention.
