The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing job postings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Provide support for employee onboarding and orientation
- Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office
