HR Assistant
to support our HR function and ensure smooth people operations across the company.
Role Overview
As an
HR Assistant
, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement. You'll work closely with the HR team and management to maintain a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in
recruitment activities
: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Support
onboarding
by preparing offer letters, collecting documentation, and coordinating induction.
Maintain and update
employee records
(attendance, leave, payroll support).
Assist with
HR documentation
(policies, forms, contracts, compliance records).
Help organize
employee engagement activities
and training sessions.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
Support in
payroll coordination
.
Contribute to creating a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience
in HR or administrative support.
Basic understanding of
HR processes and labor laws
.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office / Google Workspace
; knowledge of HR software is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
