Job Description

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, scheduling interviews, onboarding). Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data. Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities. Assist in performance review procedures. Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR department. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

MBA in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory.

0-1 years of experience in HR/administration (freshers with good communication skills may apply). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
