Recruitment & Operations (1-2 Years Experience, Males Preferred)
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
Prepare offer letters and ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
Support employee onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth joining experience.
2. Employee Engagement & Support
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
Circulate internal communications, announcements, and HR notices.
Act as the first point of contact for routine employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and procedures.
3. Compliance & HR Operations
Support maintenance of statutory and internal compliance documentation and assist during HR audits.
Assist in implementing new HR processes, policies, or tools as directed by the HR Lead.
Ensure confidentiality of employee data and uphold organizational values at all times.
Requirements
1-2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Ability to handle operational HR responsibilities and on-ground coordination.
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working closely with employees across teams.
Willingness to manage administrative and execution-heavy HR tasks.
