Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities -posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
Prepare offer letters and ensure completion of joining formalities.
Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
2. Employee Engagement & Support
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events.
Circulate internal communications and notices.
Handle routine employee queries on HR policies, leaves, and procedures.
3. Compliance & Process Support
Support in maintaining compliance documentation and HR audits.
Assist in implementing new HR processes or tools as directed by the HR Lead.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values in all HR activities.
