Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats
Schedule interviews, meetings, and HR events
Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparing contracts, collecting documents, and conducting orientation sessions
Help organize training and development initiatives
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
