We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Assistant
to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR compliance. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations in HR functions.
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, orientation scheduling, and system setup.
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves).
Help organize and coordinate HR events, training sessions, and meetings.
Maintain HR databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department as needed.
