As an HR Assistant, you will support the company's talent acquisition process for a range of
technical
and
bilingual roles
, focusing on sourcing and hiring quality candidates for roles including Front-end Developers, Back-end Developers, Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Engineers, and Japanese Bilingual positions.
Key responsibilities
:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
Handle the complete hiring process including
sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and follow-up
for various roles such as software developers, data scientists, cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, and Japanese language specialists.
2.
Sourcing & Strategy:
Leverage job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and internal databases to attract qualified candidates effectively.
3.
Requirement Understanding:
Interpret and align candidate profiles with
technical job descriptions
and bilingual role requirements, collaborating closely with hiring managers.
4.
Interview Coordination & Candidate Engagement:
Organize technical and HR interviews while ensuring
timely, professional communication
with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
5.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed recruitment records, databases, and
weekly hiring progress reports
for internal use.
Eligibility details:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Basic knowledge of HR tools and recruitment software is a plus.
Experience or exposure to hiring for technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, data scientists) is highly preferred.
Experience:
Freshers to 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Languages known:
English (Mandatory)
Japanese (Preferred not mandatory)
Day shift only
Monday to Friday
Saturday half day
7:30AM to 4:30PM IST
Hybrid work system
