within the furniture or manufacturing industry. The role will involve handling recruitment coordination for factory and site-based roles, supporting basic HR operations, and assisting in day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for
blue-collar roles
including carpenters, polishers, helpers, fitters, and other factory/site-based positions.
Liaise with labour contractors and manpower vendors to fulfil project manpower requirements on time.
Source and screen candidates through vendor coordination, referrals, and local sourcing channels.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and manpower reports.
Should be open to travel based on organizational and project needs.
HR Operations & Administration
Support documentation processes including employee records management, ID card issuance, and file maintenance.
Assist in joining formalities, inductions, and orientation sessions for new hires.
Maintain and update attendance records and leave management data for factory and site employees.
Handle basic HR documentation, issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and relieving letters.
Reporting & Compliance Support
Prepare daily/weekly manpower deployment reports and recruitment status updates for the Director/HR Consultant.
Ensure accurate documentation of vendor invoices, attendance, and statutory records for vendor-supplied manpower.
Support compliance checks on vendor agreements and labor-related documentation.
Candidate Profile
Qualification:
Any Graduate / MBA Fresher
Experience:
6 months to 1.5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, with hands-on exposure to
blue-collar/vendor recruitment
in the furniture, manufacturing, or related industries.
Key Skills:
Strong vendor coordination and recruitment sourcing skills.
Good knowledge of basic HR operations and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
