The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department by performing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks. This role helps ensure smooth HR operations, accurate record-keeping, and effective employee support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide clerical support to the HR team.
Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Assist in recruitment processes: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding packs, and policy updates.
Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.
Help organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist with performance appraisal processes and maintain related data.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare regular HR-related reports as requested.
