Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork processing, orientation sessions, and employee training logistics.
Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support employee engagement and retention.
Contribute to employee relations activities, including assisting with conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and wellness initiatives.
Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and support effective HR practices.
