The HR Intern will support the HR department in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee coordination within an educational institution
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing resumes from job portals and scheduling interviews.
Support the maintenance of digital and physical employee files
Assist in onboarding activities such as document collection and orientation support
Assist in preparing basic HR reports and summaries.
Coordinate with employees for routine HR related queries.
Support the HR team during recruitment drives and the admission seasons.
Qualifications & Skills
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to learn HR policies and processes.
