Assist with job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires, including preparing employment offers and onboarding documents.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
Assist with benefits enrollment, processing changes, and answering employee inquiries.
Address employee questions, complaints, and concerns, and assist with employee relations initiatives.
Manage and maintain the HR department's database, track employee attendance, and support HR-related tasks.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Compile and analyze HR-related data, preparing reports for HR management.
Assist with planning and executing HR events, such as employee recognition, onboarding, and training sessions.
