Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
Manage the onboarding process and orientation for new hires.
2. Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
3. HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.
Process employee documentation such as confirmations, transfers, and resignations.
Assist in attendance and leave tracking, payroll inputs, and HR reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 years of relevant HR experience (freshers with internships may also apply).
Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR systems/tools.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information.
