Job Summary:
The HR Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the HR Department, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and staff coordination. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process -- posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding activities including document verification, ID card generation, and induction coordination.
Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Handle attendance, leave records, and support payroll-related documentation.
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements and employee movements.
Maintain employee personal files, certificates, and HR database.
Handle HR communication and circulate HR-related notices and updates.
Support statutory compliance documentation (ESI, PF, etc.) under HR Manager guidance.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to hospital HR policies.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Qualification:
Any Degree (preferably MBA/PG Diploma in HR or Hospital Administration).
