Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms,Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and follow up on hiring status,Prepare offer letters and joining documents
Support onboarding of new employees (documentation, induction, ID card issuance, etc.).
Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.
Collect and verify joining forms, bank details, and ID proofs,Ensure confidentiality of employee records.
Assist in maintaining attendance, leave, and payroll-related data.
Compile and verify attendance sheets from departments.
Assist in preparing monthly salary inputs (leave, overtime, deductions).
Coordinate with the accounts department for salary processing.
Help in preparing and maintaining PF, ESIC, and other statutory records.
Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.
Support HR audits and compliance-related documentation.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies.
Circulate HR notices, memos, and official communication.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities or training sessions.
