Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in assisting with payroll processing and attendance tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple HR tasks.
- Ability to support employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
