Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end
recruitment process
(resume screening, interview scheduling)
Coordinate with candidates and maintain regular follow-ups
Support
employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain HR records, files, and internal databases
Assist with attendance tracking and basic HR reporting
Draft HR-related emails, notices, and internal communications
Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
Learn and follow HR policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or pursuing degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of
MS Office
(Word, Excel, Email)
Willingness to learn and grow in HR field
