Job Description

The HR Assistant - Recruitment Support will assist the HR department in managing end-to-end recruitment activities for real estate operations, including corporate office roles and site-based positions. The role focuses on sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting smooth onboarding while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring Support



Assist in recruitment for roles such as site engineers, supervisors, sales executives, CRM staff, accountants, and support staff Post job openings on job portals, local recruitment platforms, and social media Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements Coordinate interviews between candidates, site managers, and department heads Follow up with candidates and provide timely recruitment status updates

Onboarding & Documentation



Support onboarding of new employees including document collection, verification, and induction coordination Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation Maintain employee files (physical and digital) as per company standards

HR Administration



Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports Update employee records in HR systems Assist in attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

Coordination & Support



Coordinate with site offices and vendors for manpower requirements Liaise with consultants and staffing agencies for bulk or site hiring Support HR team in day-to-day administrative and employee engagement activities

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong coordination and follow-up skills Good verbal and written communication in

English, Hindi, and Gujarati

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously Attention to detail and confidentiality Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Qualifications & Experience



Graduate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment or HR administration (real estate or construction industry preferred) Familiarity with local labor practices and site-level hiring is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
