Maintain accurate employee records, support payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and hotel policies
Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, shift rosters, overtime, and statutory registers.
Coordinate employee training, induction, and development programs to enhance service quality, skills, and performance standards
Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, supporting disciplinary processes, and promoting a positive, professional workplace culture and staff welfare initiatives
Key Requirements:
Graduate in Human Resources / Hotel Management / Commerce or a related discipline
Min. 1 years of experience in payroll, attendance management and employee engagement.
Working knowledge of payroll coordination, HR documentation, attendance systems, and MS Excel
Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with a service-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
