Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation (offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.)
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labor laws
Coordinate training programs and HR initiatives as required
