Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes as per job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/interview panels
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates for documents, joining formalities, and feedback
Support offer roll-out, joining process, and basic onboarding coordination
Maintain HR records and assist in MIS/report preparation
Handle day-to-day HR coordination and communication
Required Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is preferred
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
