We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and update HR MIS reports.
Support onboarding & induction of new employees.
Help in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on portals.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Coordinate with different departments to fulfil daily HR requirements.
Support HR activities like employee engagement, events, and policy updates.
Assist in attendance tracking and basic payroll inputs.
Handle general HR administrative tasks.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic knowledge of HR functions & processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR / Management / Commerce / Psychology or relevant fields.
Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
