We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, source top talent, and build strong relationships with candidates. This role is perfect for someone passionate about HR and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and job descriptions to source the right candidates.
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Use job portals, social media, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
Maintain candidate database and ensure timely updates on recruitment status.
Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and feedback.
Support the HR team in additional tasks related to recruitment and employee engagement.
Requirements:
Experience: Fresher to 1 year in recruitment.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.) is an added advantage.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
