Handle the complete onboarding process for new employees.
Prepare and issue
offer letters

Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
Prepare and manage employee
ID cards

visiting cards

Communication & Coordination:
Handle
telephonic conversations
with senior management and candidates.
Communicate company policies and updates to employees.
Performance & Incentives:
Prepare and maintain
incentive sheets
and performance data.
Draft and issue
warning letters or emails
as per management instructions.
Support HR and administrative functions as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
min 1 year of experience in HR operations/recruitment (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
