About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Assistant
to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will handle daily HR functions, assist in recruitment,
support payroll management
, maintain employee records, and coordinate HR-related activities to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).
Support payroll management including salary processing, reimbursements, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS), and maintaining payroll data.
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, relieving, etc.).
Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
Address employee queries regarding policies, procedures, payroll, and HR programs.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining databases.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of HR or administrative experience (freshers can also apply).
Knowledge of
payroll software/tools
will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Confidentiality and attention to detail are a must.
