:
 Regular monitoring of employee attendance.
 Use of time-tracking systems (e.g., biometric systems, digital punch-in/punch-out)
 Prepare and send offer letters and other required documents to new hires.
 Maintain and update employee records (both electronic and paper).
 Maintain and update wage sheets accurately.
 Support payroll processing and wage records.
 Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes when required.
 Receive, dispatch, and maintain records of office parcels.
 Prepare and maintain Patty cash, voucher records for office expenses.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/ master's degree in HR.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR documentation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in record keeping.
Preferred candidate should have knowledge of or experience with Cosec Matrix software.
