Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HE or equivalent).
1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Support recruitment process (job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.
Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support in performance appraisal documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of HR and employee data.
Assist HR Manager in employee engagement activities and compliance requirements.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience:
1-2 years in HR/Admin role (preferred).
